The CP-112UL / CP-112UL-I Series from Nishanth Technologies is a high-performance industrial PCI serial communication card designed for long-distance and multi-point industrial communication networks. Powered by Moxa’s Turbo Serial Engine™ chip, the board features Automatic Data Direction Control (ADDC®), enabling precise and efficient RS-485 communication without complex configuration.
The board supports two RS-422/485 serial ports with communication speeds up to 921.6 kbps, allowing reliable data transfer across long-distance industrial networks. In RS-485 mode, each serial port can connect up to 31 daisy-chained devices within a range of up to 1.2 km, making it ideal for distributed industrial automation systems.
