The IOLOGIK 2512-HSPA is a smart cellular remote I/O solution engineered for advanced field data acquisition and control. With built-in Click&Go Plus logic, Ethernet switching, and serial connectivity, it enables efficient and scalable industrial automation deployments.
The ioLogik 2500 Series combines intelligent hardware and powerful software to simplify industrial I/O management.
Featuring a 4-port unmanaged Ethernet switch and serial connectivity, the unit integrates easily with multiple field devices. It supports daisy-chaining up to eight ioLogik E1200 expansion modules, enabling more than 100 I/O channels under a single IP address.
Acting as the “head” unit, it uses Click&Go Plus logic (up to 48 rules) to control the entire I/O array, reducing dependency on central PLCs or controllers. This makes it ideal for remote or IP-limited industrial sites.
The IOLOGIK 2512-HSPA provides front-end intelligence using Click&Go Plus logic, allowing local automation decisions without relying on a central controller.
Its cellular connectivity ensures reliable remote monitoring, while automatic data logging complements disconnection periods—preventing data loss in unstable network environments.
The device integrates Ethernet, serial, and expansion connectivity within a single unit. A single IP address connects the entire daisy-chained I/O array to the network, simplifying system design and reducing IP consumption.
The built-in Ethernet switch allows seamless connection to additional field devices, minimizing external hardware requirements.
