The ioLogik 2542-HSPA is a smart cellular remote I/O device designed for industrial applications requiring both digital and analog monitoring. With built-in intelligence, Ethernet switching, and expansion capability, it enables efficient remote automation in IP-constrained environments.
Part of the ioLogik 2500 Series, the 2542-HSPA combines intelligent hardware architecture with powerful software integration to simplify remote I/O deployment.
The device features a 4-port unmanaged Ethernet switch and serial connectivity, allowing seamless integration with field devices. It supports daisy-chaining up to 8 ioLogik E1200 expansion modules, expanding the system to over 100 I/O channels under a single IP address.
Using Click&Go Plus control logic (up to 48 rules), the unit acts as the “head” controller of the entire I/O array, enabling front-end intelligence and reducing dependence on central PLCs.
Its single IP architecture makes it ideal for industrial field sites where IP addresses are limited.
The ioLogik 2542-HSPA provides front-end automation logic using Click&Go Plus, enabling event-based control at the field level. This reduces response time and lowers bandwidth consumption.
The MX-AOPC UA Logger ensures that data collected during network disconnections is automatically complemented once communication is restored, preventing data loss.
The integrated 4-port Ethernet switch connects multiple field devices without additional hardware. One Ethernet port supports daisy-chaining of expansion modules, allowing scalable I/O deployment.
A single IP address manages the entire array, simplifying network configuration and reducing infrastructure requirements.
